End Suction Process Pump - i-CP
- Kirloskar End Section Process Pump i-CP pumps are horizontal, radially split, single stage, centrifugal end-suction volute with top centerline delivery. The impeller is of an enclosed type. The bearing housing is fitted with a support foot. The pump shaft is supported by pre-lubricated anti-friction sealed bearings as a standard scope of supply. i-CP pumps come without mechanical seal & without gland packing arrangement and yet ensure zero leakage from the stuffing box. This feature is achieved by the innovative design of the shaft sleeve, expeller and fluid arrester.
End Suction Process Pump - KPD
Kirloskar End Section Process Pump KPD/KPDQF/KPDJ process pumps are used for handling various types of chemical liquids. These process pumps are manufactured to close tolerance and are of rigid construction. However, proper installation, operation and maintenance are equally important to ensure trouble free service. KPD/KPDQF/KPDJ process pumps are either gland packed or mechanically sealed. KPD pumps come with an enclosed impeller (with casing cover for heating/cooling arrangement.). KPD-QF pumps are equipped with a semi-open impeller while the KPD-J type pumps come with a jacketed delivery, casing and casing cover.
Magnetic Drive Process Pump - ROMAK
- Kirloskar’s Romak process pumps are used for handling various types of CLEAR & CLEAN chemical liquids with leak-free transportation. These pumps are manufactured to close tolerance and are of rigid construction. Romak (RMK) pump is a magnetic drive pump.

Solid Handling Pump - SHL
- Kirloskar SHL solid handling pumps are single stage, single suction pumps with a back pull out type design. These are horizontal non-clog pumps. The SHL pump section is suspended by a column pipe which also protects the transmission shaft. The impeller is a single suction type non-clog, free flow dynamically balanced, capable of handling liquids containing solids.
Solid Handling Pump - SHM
- Kirloskar SHM solid handling pumps are single stage, single suction pumps with a back pull out type design. These are horizontal non-clog pumps while SHS are vertical non-clog pumps used for wet pit applications. The pump section is suspended by a column pipe which also protects the transmission shaft. These solid handling pumps can be offered with a column length up to 6.5 m. The impeller is single suction type non-clog, free flow dynamically balanced. SHM solid handling pumps have standard grease lubrication, although oil lubrication is also available as an option. In case of SHS pumps, the lubrication is grease based. The complete range of SHM solid handling pumps is covered by four driving units, thereby reducing inventory and achieving interchangeability of parts.

- Kirloskar DB large pumps equip a back-pull-out design which enables to remove the rotating unit of pump for inspection and repairs without disturbing the pipe connections and motor by using spacer type coupling. The complete range of DB large pump is covered by three driving units thereby reducing inventory and achieving interchangeability of parts. These DBL water pumps are either gland packed or mechanically sealed with robust cast iron casing and are highly efficient. - DBxe is dimensionally conforming to EN733/DIN24255. DBxe pump series is energy-efficient and complies with the requirement of Minimum Efficiency Index MEI ≥ 0.7 for water pumps as per EN 16480. These DBxe water pumps are either gland packed or mechanically sealed. The DBxe pumps are of a back-pull-out design which enables to the removal of the rotating unit of the pump for inspection and repairs without disturbing the pipe connections and motor by using spacer-type coupling.

- End section GK pumps conform to ISO: 5199 & dimensionally are fully conforming to ISO 2858/EN: 22858. These pumps equip a horizontal back pullout design and radially split, single stage, centrifugal end suction volute with top centerline delivery. Pump feet are integrally cast with delivery casing. Impeller is of an enclosed type. Bearing housing is fitted with a support foot. Pump shaft is supported by grease lubricated anti-friction deep groove ball bearings as a standard scope of supply. GK pumps are mainly used for clean and clear liquids, which are free from suspended solids particles.

Canned Motor Pump - KCS-CAN

Canned motor pump is a centrifugal pump with hermetically sealed electric motor mounted on single shaft, thus eliminating the requirement of a mechanical seal or other sealing device. The entire rotating assembly is immersed in the liquid, and motor stator and rotor are isolated from the pumped liquid with corrosion resistant, non-magnetic liner and sleeve. A part of the pumped liquid is by-passed through the motor, for cooling of motor and lubricating the bearing.

Split Case Pump - SCT / Extended
SCT extended pumps are horizontally axially split casing, single stage pumps. SCT extended pumps are either double suction or single suction pumps with horizontal shaft and detachable stuffing box. The impeller is accurately balanced by a double or single suction.

The XSC / XVSC split case centrifugal pump is available in a horizontal and vertical design and is capable of achieving high flow rates up to 6000m³/hr at low to medium pressures. It is designed to pump low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids without the presence of solid or fibrous solids.
